Returns / Exchange

Due to Covid-19 we do not accept returns

We have a 30 day return policy if the products are unopened and still in its original packaging. Before sending a return, Please contact us at returns@aadanaturals.com for instructions before shipping a return as we are not responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Once item is returned, it will be inspected and a email notification will be sent to you stating if the refund is approved or rejected. To complete a refund, we require a proof of payment, which can be a copy of your receipt or order confirmation number. Aada Naturals produces organic hair care products that contains over 25 natural ingredients,  essential oils, carrier oils and precious commodities. However, since we cant resell these products or wish to waste them we recommend you purchase the smallest size first before committing to a larger size.

Sale items are non refundable. If you receive defective or damaged goods, you are required to email us at returns@aadanaturals.com with proof of damaged along with your receipt. However only your purchase price is refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship or refund the order. Please contact your mail carrier to rectify.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds may take some time to reflect on your credit card statement. However, If you haven’t received your refund please first contact your credit card company or bank as there maybe some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all that and still haven’t gotten your refund, please contact us at  returns@aadanaturals.com.
