Directions:

Wet your hair thoroughly, squeeze shampoo between palms, rub palms together and massage shampoo onto your scalp while gently scrubbing the scalp with your fingertips, working down to your ends.

Directions:

After shampooing your hair, squeeze your desired amount of conditioner into your palms, rub palms together and apply conditioner to each section, using a wide tooth comb or brush to gently remove knots and tangles, Rinse hair and proceed to styling.
